At Jia Curated 2025 in Bali, Floorstudio was honored to join forces with Kolektif Matter, a collaborative showcase that brought together diverse creators across disciplines — from furniture to lighting, from metalwork to textiles. The collective spirit of this pavilion reflected the essence of design synergy: when individual visions converge, they create a stronger, more inspiring whole.

As part of the installation, Floorstudio contributed a custom hand-tufted carpet crafted with passion, precision, and a sensitivity to materiality. The piece acted as both a grounding element and a narrative thread, connecting the various design objects within the space. Its textures and colors were carefully chosen to complement the works of other collaborators, making the pavilion feel cohesive yet dynamic.

For Floorstudio, this participation was a meaningful opportunity to showcase the versatility of handcrafted carpets within a multidisciplinary design context. It reflects our belief that design is at its best when shared — when different materials, ideas, and perspectives meet to form something greater than the sum of its parts.
